MGI Worldwide CEO Clive Bennett Discusses its Merger with CPAAI

Zoya Malik, Group Editor of the International Accounting Bulletin approached Clive Bennett, CEO of MGI Worldwide, to chat about the merger of MGI Worldwide and CPA Associates International (CPAAI).

MGI Worldwide, a global network of independent audit, tax, accounting, and advisory firms, headquartered in the U.K., recently announced its merger effective January 1, 2020, with U.S.-based CPA Associates International (CPAAI) to create a new organization with over 250 member firms in 100 countries around the world. The new organization has revenues approaching $1 billion, placing it in 16th position in the current global accountancy network ranking.
