Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer Announces New Hire
Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer (BGM) is pleased to announce that Heather Clemons has joined Bridge West – an entity of BGM Holdings – which provides accounting services to the cannabis industry.
In her role as Senior Consultant, Clemons will focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation for cannabis companies. ERP is a process used by companies to manage and integrate the important parts of their businesses, such as planning, purchasing inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and more.

Her experience and knowledge of ERP will be beneficial as we continue to broaden our service offerings to clients,” said Cory Parnell, Bridge West’s Chief Operating Officer. “ERP allows clients to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, decrease costs, and streamline processes.”
Prior to joining Bridge West, Clemons was employed as a Business Management Consultant, providing businesses with interim solutions, ERP implementation consulting, and outsourced accounting services. Throughout the years, she has also served in the role of Chief Financial Officer for a variety of companies. Clemons earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University.
