Selden Fox Announces Promotions

Selden Fox is very pleased to announce the following promotions among its accountants. Mark Schneider and Robert Zeman have been promoted to audit managers. Sarah Majewski, Kathryn Merkle, and James Wrona have been promoted from associates to seniors.

Mark Schneider joined the firm in 2010, and is a member of the audit team. Mark, a Certified Public Accountant, earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He handles audit fieldwork for nonprofit organizations, government entities, and privately held businesses.

Robert Zeman, a Certified Public Accountant, is a graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in accounting. He joined the firm in 2011 and handles audits for benefit plans, nonprofit organizations, and privately held businesses.

Sarah Majewski, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the firm’s accounting solutions team. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Lewis University. Sarah works with clients on day-to-day support including reconciling bank accounts, general ledger maintenance, resolving account discrepancies, and posting payroll.

As members of the firm’s tax team, Kathryn Merkle and James Wrona prepare tax returns for individuals, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, business owners, and closely held businesses. Kathryn earned her Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting and her Master’s degree in accountancy from Illinois State University. Kathryn, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the firm in 2016. James joined the firm in 2015 after earning his Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Illinois State University.
