BGM named in “Star Tribune’s 2024 Top Workplaces” List
June 24, 2024 – BGM is pleased to announce that the Firm has been named a 2024 Top Workplace by the Star Tribune!
Top Workplace award recipients are determined by employee feedback from a research-backed employee engagement survey. The survey is administered by a third party, Energage, LLC, to ensure responses remain confidential. To capture the employee’s experience, it assesses what they think matters most through various themes, such as respected and supported.
